Monthly Instalment Plan

1. On-time Payments:

   • Monthly payments must be made on or before the due date to stay on schedule.

2. Fixed Instalment Amount:

   • Once the monthly instalment amount is chosen, it cannot be modified.

3. Non-Transferable Plan:

   • The plan is non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. No Mid-term Changes:

   • The selected plan cannot be altered during the commitment period.

5. Mandatory Documentation:

   • Valid identity proof and bank account details are required for enrolment in the plan.

6. Payment Options:

   • Instalments can be paid online or at the same showroom where the plan was initiated.

7. Product Purchase Window:

   • Customers must purchase products within 90 days from the completion date of the tenure.

Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw Events

Welcome to Vijaya Swarna Bharath Home Solutions Pvt Ltd . By participating in our lucky draw events, you ("participant" or "customer") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Employees of Vijaya Swarna Bharath Home Solutions Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Participation

• To participate in the lucky draw, customers must register on our website and purchase a gift card.
• Each gift card entitles the participant to one entry in the lucky draw.
• Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is accompanied by a separate purchase.

3. Draw and Prizes

• Lucky draw events will be held on specified dates, and winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 day of the draw.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants may cancel their gift card purchase before the product sale invoice is generated by contacting our customer support team.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 days.
• No refunds will be issued once the product sale invoice has been generated.

5. Disqualification

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Disqualified participants will forfeit their entry and any prizes won.

6. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will only be used to conduct the lucky draw and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Liability

• Vijaya Swarna Bharath Home Solutions Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other incidents that may interfere with the conduct of the lucky draw.
• By participating, participants release Vijaya Swarna Bharath  Home Solutions Pvt Ltd from any liability arising from participation in the lucky draw or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of any prize.

8. Governing Law

• The monthly installment amount is not considered an investment but an advance payment toward the purchase of products from our existing or upcoming showrooms.
• No returns or interest will be provided on the advance payments made.
• The gifts awarded through the lucky draw are intended to promote sales and products. They should not be considered gambling or lottery. Vijaya Swarna Bharath Home Solutions Pvt Ltd aims to promote its products through these draws and attract more customers.
• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Udupi. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udupi.

9. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the lucky draw implies acceptance of the updated terms.

• Please send your payment by scanning the QR code of the official account of the organization. Send a screenshot along with the transaction ID to the organization's official WhatsApp.
• The organization will not be responsible if the screenshot is sent to staff or agents instead of the official WhatsApp account.
